In case of Server Change there may arise DNS issues. DNS updation required upto 48 hours.

In case of Server Damage or fail, Database or any Other Information Loss. GGN will try best to Restore. So Customers are advice to keep their own backup Regularly.

GGN will try best to make Software updated and provide Customer support by Phone/ Email. However this may fail sometime.

Our Service Level Agreement is acted upon Each Customer and Visitors as well as Resellers and may change/update time to time.

GGN provides only online service and arranging a meeting will not be possible. So Please think before you select chose our services.

The Customer has to pay annual Renewal Fees at the End of the 12 month of their as per the norms of the GGNWB.com. If Customer Fail to Pay Annual Fee within 30 days then His Site will be deleted from Server Permanently.

We Provide 1st Year Free Service For Any Bug, Error In Software. After 1st Year Renewal Rs 2000/- Per Year will be Charged for which Include Domain and Hosting Renewal. Approx Rs 800/- to 900/- for Domain and 100/- Per Month Hosting of Your Web site Including Backup of Your Web site on Cloud. Project Older than 1 Year Have to Renew AMC for Rs 5000/- Per Year – In which only Payout and Other Error of Web Site will be Solved. New Reports are Charged Extra.

By giving you a final notice GGN may suspend your services if your payment is due. After that you may get your database after payment clearance. in any case we shall not handover website Source Code as we don’t Sell Source Code .The Cost Given on website is for using Software on Lease / on Rent. GGN will Not Provide Any Type Access to Source Code / Files. GGN Will Not Even Provide Our Source Code / Files for SEO Purpose Also. If Any Customer Wants to Shift his Site on Any Other Software Company / Server. Customer Can Shift his Domain and Database But GGN will Not Provide Any Source Code / Files. If you disagree with it, then don’t subscribe GGNWB.com services.

GGN Will Provide only the Features Shown in Demo – All Other Features – New Reports - Change in Reports will be Charge Extra.

With a website / software we offer you shared hosting on GGN Own Dedicated Server, if You want Your Website to be hosted on a Single Server then You have to Purchase / Pay for your own Dedicated Server.
